I Want Your Sex

Welcome to Tuesday, July 31st which is a 4 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 6 of Cups.

Let’s talk about SEX!

Sex is a very taboo subject for most people. Let’s face it… sex can make or break relationships so why do we treat it like it’s the red headed step child from that lover you wish you never had? Some of the healthiest relationships that I’ve seen are very open sexual relationships. They are not afraid to laugh in the bedroom, or, dare I say… experiment.

Are you the type that turns to lights out because it’s dirty? Maybe try leaving the lights on and focus on what makes you uncomfortable. You see… once we find that perfect person we’ll be rompin’ and rollin’ on the sink, the counter, in the car… you’re getting my point. Sex is healthy and it’s a part of life.

So what is my point? My point is this… if we don’t have a well-rounded relationship, be it money, sex, jealousy, family… whatever you can think of… then we aren’t abundant. Today is a day to look at your partner and really tell them that you love them. If you don’t have a partner, that’s ok… this applies to you as well. It doesn’t have to be a sexual relationship, it can just be a close relationship.

Today’s vibration of the 4 is telling us to release old thought patterns and allowing new and powerful forces into our lives.

The only reason I used sex in this morning’s blog is this…

If we can be comfortable talking about sex with our closest friends, partners and even family we can most likely talk about anything without that embarrassed look on our face.

You Are Loved

Welcome to Monday, July 30th which is a 3 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 2 of Swords.

This card speaks of Peace. I can tell you right now that this week has been very cathartic for me. There has been a lot of talking and a lot of healing. A lot of old wounds were healed and things that I’ve made up in my head of how things looked, resolved.

They say that you can never go home, but as I go back to my new home in Las Vegas to see the woman I love and the friends that I love I am left with a new resolve. I never want to make up what things look like in my head but actually see things as they are. I know that I am loved and have been loved my whole life.

Is it time for you to take that sabbatical back to wence you came? Maybe there are old wounds that you too have made up in your head? I encourage you to take that leap and look for the love that you’ve thought wasn’t there. It may be within your family or in old friends, or in just the beauty of the area that you came from.

Remember the acronym for F.E.A.R.? False Evidence Appearing Real? Yes, we do make stuff up from time to time. Some good, some bad, and the longer we are away the more profound the healing when we return and really look at it.

Today’s vibration of the 3 is of resolution. It’s of old things going out the window and the new coming in.

I Hope You Dance

Welcome to Sunday, July 29th which is an 11 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Strength card.

This week has been pretty huge with the Lunar Eclipse and doing our best to let it go. Yesterday I mentioned that sometimes we can feel like failures because we aren’t living up to our expectations of ourselves. Well, today’s card is telling us to have strength within. Once you do there is nothing you can’t achieve.

With today’s vibration of the 11, The Master Teacher, we have the stamina to tackle many of these inner obstacles. It would be a good day to pay very close attention to your senses and notice where your strengths are. Some of us are good at music, some are good with people, some are good working alone… there are so many variables to each and every one of us and once you tap into your strength you can start honing in on it.

The key to this life is to do what you love. When you do what you love your light shines and people around you become inspired to shine their own light.

Let Me Be Myself

Welcome to Saturday, July 28th which is a 1 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 7 of Disks. On this card it says Failure, but that isn’t what it is telling you. It’s really a reminder that if we keep thinking the way we do, the patterns that we keep with… that can be a sign that if we don’t change we could experience this, or feel this way.

Yesterday with the Lunar Eclipse we said to ‘Let it go’! Is there something inside of you that is not letting you let things go? Well, take it from me… it is sometimes hard to change patterns. We have to create new neural pathways to get rid of the old ones. That means recognizing patterns and focusing on something new. Money is usually the biggest one with most people. I know it is for me. I know that every time a tour rolls along I do a mini freak out of how it is all going to pull together, but then I have to remind myself of what I tell everyone else.

We don’t have to know HOW things happen. We just have to focus on the results. You have to learn a KNOWing. You have to pretend, like when you were a little kid.

Here is an example; For years I was a Graphic Designer. When introducing myself to people I would tell them that I was a Graphic Designer. But when I starting pursuing my music career I started telling people that I was a singer. There was always a voice in my head calling me a liar because I didn’t believe it myself, but after time and practice it became comfortable for me to say it until I finally would believe it myself.

So today, with the energy of the 1, which is about new beginnings, starting over, don’t feel like a failure. Start pretending about WHO you want to be until you start believing it yourself. You will stumble, but that is ok. At least you are going in the right direction.

Blood Moon

Welcome to Friday, July 27th which is a 9 in Numerology.

Today is a VERY powerful day. We have a Total Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius and is also a Blood Moon. Aquarius is the sign of the collective so this is going to affect everbody. So what is it telling us in conjunction to today’s card? It’s telling us this…

LET IT GO!

Our card for today is the Justice or Adjustment card.

It’s time for us to adjust what we feel. Karma. Everything we do, say, think, and feel will affect our lives which causes dis-ease. This is why I push meditation so very much because it can clear our minds of all of the clutter racing around in there, especially in today’s day and age where computers can clutter up our minds even more. Today I would leave the TV off, shut the computer and get outside, after-all, it’s Friday! It’s a day to party with our friends and really connect with each other.

Add to all of the above, today is a 9 in numerology. The 9 is about completion. It’s time to end all of our old patterns and really start living our lives!

Face the Face

Welcome to Thursday, July 26th which is an 8 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Ace of Swords.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to sit down with two of my favorite cousins and just talk. We talked for hours upon hours about life, politics, limiting beliefs, etc. It was refreshing, and, mind you, we don’t necessarily agree on the same things but we all agree that sitting face to face with each other to come to resolutions is the only way to do anything. No tweeting, facebooking, instagramming… face to face

The more we talked, the more we learned that each individual person has their own perspective and that perspective can be completely different even within your own family!

How is this possible?

We talk about how different demographics can have different perspectives, but within your own family? With the same parents even? I believe it all comes down to life experience and what we create in our own heads. You could see the sky as purple and I could see it as blue. Who is right? Who is wrong?

Neither of us. We are both correct.

So today, it’s important for us to look at all sides of everything and as the old saying goes… don’t judge a book by its cover. Read the book first and then make your own individual judgement that works for you. Once you are happy with yourself, everyone around you will be happy as well. It’s pretty easy.

My life experience has taught me that if we are trying to convince others about our beliefs then it means that those believes aren’t as stable as we’d like to think.

Today’s vibration of the 8 is about mastering our spiritual power, it’s about giving and receiving and re-evaluation. Do your best today to look at things differently. You might see things in a new light.

Lady Luck

Welcome to Wednesday, July 25th which is a 7 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Wheel of Fortune.

I’ve been MIA for a few days because I’ve had the most awesome adventures since I left Las Vegas to come home and visit my Mom. This adventure ties in completely with the wheel of fortune. Let me explain…

When I last left you it was Monday the 23rd where I first flew to Baltimore and then on to Boston. I didn’t get in to Boston until evening and then needed to catch the bus, which I missed. At first I went into a panic because I was tired (and human), but as the wheel of fortune would have it I found a place to stay (thanks Sis!) and had the most amazing conversations with this couple until the wee hours of the morning. What seemed to most as a tragedy turned into a complete blessing and I gained new friends.

How often in our lives do circumstances happen that we call ‘bad luck’?

What if we could turn around that seemingly bad luck into an opportunity? What was learned? Who did we meet? Is it possible that that bad luck was actually something we needed to learn something new? I believe this completely… but let me paraphrase that I DID freak out a bit, but that freak out was very short lived.

As we move along in our spiritual practice we start to understand that there is no such thing as bad luck, actually there is no such thing as luck at all. Michael Bernard Beckwith calls luck; Living Under Conscious Knowledge. Once we realize that we are the creators in this grand matrix that we have the power to change everything.
