The Flow

Welcome to Monday, July 16th which is a 7 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 6 of Disks.

When is the last time you balanced your checkbook? If you’re anything like me you’re afraid to even look at it. But is that serving us? Not in the least. Being afraid of the flow of money is telling the universe that you are rejecting it and you don’t want it. Now, I know you are saying just the opposite but our actions are saying something completely different.

Today I want you to open up your bank account, look at it, and if you don’t like what you see then it’s time to start seeing what you want to see. How do we do this? We look at the lack and when determine what steps we need to take to turn that lack around. Maybe get rid of a bunch of old things that are laying around the house, or start pimping a product you’ve been thinking about. The world isn’t going to know that you have anything to offer unless you get it out there, right?

Below is a song that I wrote with my friends Alex, Neil, Mickael, and Joao. We called ourselves ‘DNA’. At the time that I wrote these lyrics I was just opening up to ‘The Flow’. Not just money, but friendships, happiness, love, and especially love for myself.

Walk On

Welcome to Sunday, July 15th which is a 33 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Sun.

It’s tough to see in the darkness until we are acclimated but unfortunately just getting acclimated we still don’t see everything. Light always trumps darkness. When the Sun is shining we can see much clearer, everything is lit up and that which we couldn’t see in the shadows is now evident. Such is the same with our inner darkness… until we see the light we are unaware of the shadows that have been hiding in the midst.

Here is the conundrum of finding your light and why most people don’t want to even go there… because once we see it, we can’t un-see it and it will eat at us and take us further down the rabbit hole. I’ve used this quote before from the Matrix when Cypher meets with Mr. Smith, “You know, I know this steak doesn’t exist. I know that when I put it in my mouth, the Matrix is telling my brain that it is juicy and delicious. After nine years, you know what I realize? Ignorance is bliss.”

Following our inner light is not for the faint at heart and that is why there are so few that take the road less travelled.

Which road do you wish to take?

Today’s energy of the 33, the Master Number. It is the Master of healing energy so today is a great day to focus on yourself. Sit down and love all of who you are. Revel in your beautiful humanness.

Welcome to Saturday, July 14th which is a 5 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 9 of Cups.

What is true happiness?

The saying from most of my spiritual teachers is that we are ‘Spiritual Beings living a Human Existence’ which I believe… truly, but (there’s always a butt)… when you wake up with anxiety from bills and everyday life, what do you do? How can you maintain that Aloha?

We all feel grumpy at times when we get up in the morning… we ARE human. We come down on this plane to learn lessons, at least that is what I believe. So when you start feeling this way, start counting your blessings. Now, don’t tell me that there is nothing good in your life, that is your ego telling you that you aren’t worth anything because you haven’t contributed in the way society wants you to. So, what do you do about it?

Again, count your blessings.

Grab a piece of paper and start writing down the things in this world that you have… the people that you have… the love that you give and receive in one form or another every day. It could be just as simple as feeding the dog and taking him out for a walk. Do you understand how important that is to the dog? Sometimes the little things in life we disregard because we want to change the world. As they say though…

Think Globally and act Locally.

Can’t get it out of my Head

Welcome to Friday, July 13th which is a 4 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 8 of Swords.

Friday the 13th became an un-lucky day in 1307 for the Knights Templar. King Philip IVth at the time was running low on funds and he knew that the order had all the cash so he had them arrested and tried for heresy. That’s the earliest that we know of it… we have how many versions of the movie ‘Friday the 13th’?

It’s no wonder today is warning us of running into interference. The flow of energy today might be a little ‘weird’. Perhaps we’re beating ourselves up for something that is stopping our natural flow? It’s possible. And if that is exactly what is happening in your pretty little heads… let it go. There is nothing you can do about the past except correct the future.

So… whatever you’re up to day the energy of the 4 is telling us to not get into a rut. Keep the flow going today and you’ll be just fine.

Be Water My Friend

Welcome to Thursday, July 12th which is a 3 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Prince of Swords.

When a thought crosses your mind, do you ignore it or do you analyze it?

We live in a very fast paced world and millions of thoughts go through our head daily but all too often we don’t listen to any of them. We just let life buzz by us. Today is a good day to analyze some of the thoughts, not all of them, just the ones where the feelings get involved; worry, stress, love, hate, fear… those are the ones where your inner self is trying to get your attention. Some of these worries and fears might be old habits or conditions and might not have anything to do with who you are today. How do we let them go so we can grow?

Start thinking about what you are thinking about. I spend my morning in meditation, sometimes it’s not sitting in a lotus position and humming ‘Om’, sometimes it’s on a bicycle and I am just concentrating on my breath, or walking the dog… any of these can qualify as meditation. Anytime you have time to focus on the breath you are allowing all of the clutter in your brain to quiet itself for a little bit so that those intuitive thoughts can come to you.

I guarantee that if you do this you will start to think more clearly and you will start to recognize that which does not serve you.

Today’s vibration of the 3 is of celebration, abundance and intuition so listen to what your higher self is telling you today, you just might have some brilliant revelations!

We Are Strong

Welcome to Wednesday, July 11th which is a 11 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the Queen of Wands.

Assert yourself today. Just go for it. Follow your intuition.

I’ve talked before about intuition, about following your gut. It takes ‘guts’ to do this. I’m sure you’ve had a moment or two in your life where you’ve ‘known’ that you needed to do something and even though the fear was paralyzing you gave in and just went for it only to find out that it wasn’t as bad as you thought?

Today is that kind of day… that paralyzing fear of the unknown. But if you overcome this fear today could be miraculous. You could end up shifting some major obstacles in your life… or, it could just be an ordinary day.

Why not make it extraordinary?

Today’s 11 energy is the Master Teacher… the master numbers are there to let you know that you are on the right path and today’s vibration of the 11 is letting you know that your gut feelings, your psychic abilities are very powerful. Just focus on that and follow through.

Welcome to Tuesday, July 10th which is a 1 in Numerology.

Today’s card is the 9 of Disks.

You get what you give.

Are you waiting for something to come to you? Are you discouraged because you think you should be in a certain place in your life but you’re feeling stuck?

When you give of yourself you get back. It’s pretty simple. There’s a catch though… you can’t give expecting a return. You have to just give freely. You have to feel what it feels like when you give. It feels pretty awesome, doesn’t it?

A great training tool for this is to give to the homeless. Give someone a $1 or $10 even! As you do this listen to the judgements you make when giving it. Do you say things like, “He’s just going to go buy some booze” or “Get a job”. Notice in yourself where those judgements are coming from. Analyze it until you can give freely to one of these people and let it go. Just give for the sake of giving.

Give it a try. I dare you!
