Kill Ritual Announce New Vocalist!

SF Bay Area Metallers Kill Ritual would like to welcome David Reed Watson (Rage of Angels, Electric Messiah, D.N.A.) to the band as their new vocalist. Hailing from Las Vegas David is a former US Marine with a musical career that started in theater and is veteran of numerous live shows and recordings. He’ll usher in a new sound and style for the band as they progress forward with some of their heaviest and most melodic material on their soon to be released 3rd yet untitled CD. The new CD will once again be recorded by Guitarist Steve Rice and mixed /mastered by Andy LaRocque and his Sonic Train Studios. A Summer 2015 release is expected.

Hey gang life is always about change and the unexpected… Josh has decided to leave the band due to personal differences and we’re on the search for a new vocalist! We wish him well but life goes on! Our new CD is already written music wise and any killer vocalist can definitely put their stamp on this thing. We’re looking for a traditional Hard Rock/Metal style vocalist with a great writing style and melodic sense. We don’t care where you’re from as long as you rock! Obviously you must be fantastic and respect what we’ve already done. Kill Ritual –Unreleased Track “Drop Dead Gorgeous” Available for Free Download

Kill Ritual have made the unreleased track “Drop Dead Gorgeous” available for free download and streaming on Sound Cloud https://soundcloud.com/killritualmetal/drop-dead-gorgeous and Reverbnation www.reverbnation.com/killritual The song comes off their 2014 release “The Eyes Of Medusa” as a thank you to all the fans that have supported us the last few years. The Track was recorded at Fossil Sound and engineered /produced by Kill Ritual guitarist Steve Rice.

Mr. Rice comments on the tune, “This track reflects a little different style for the band in some ways as it starts off very deceivingly with a ballad type intro , but gets to the Metal fairly quickly after that. It’s a nice tongue in cheek tale of the kind of girl you’d like to take home, but wish you hadn’t! Enjoy!”

New CD Update!

Well it’s been awhile since our last update so here we go. New drummer Koryun Bobikyan is ready to go and we’ll track the final drums in the beginning of January. The mix and mastering has been penciled in and we’ll once again be utilizing Sonic Train Studios and Mr. LaRocque for the final sonic assault. We also have Jobert from Sledgehammer Graffix hard at work on the new art work for the CD release. If all goes well we expect a summer 2015 release date.

US thrash metaller KILL RITUAL, the band featuring former members of IMAGIKA, DARK ANGEL and ELDRITCH debut new video for the song “Old School Thrasher” off their debut CD “The Serpentine Ritual” to be released Oct. 30th through Scarlet Records. The video can be streamed below:
